It is best if we start with some examples:
1. If you are interested in being a Yoga teacher (as a learner) but are not very good at yoga and want somewhere to start. Join this ecosystem, you will be able to find yoga experts online or in your local community to practice your skill. As you level up your skills, you will be credited with hours spent and recognition credits by those experts who have taught you the skills. How fast or slow you become who you want to purely depend on your discipline to practice and put in the work, but you have a vast network of Yoga experts at your fingertips to choose from.
2. If you are a veteran in Yoga and qualified to teach to earn an income (as a teacher/instructor), but you don’t want to cut your rates at local established yoga centers or find it difficult to connect with potential learners as a freelancer, join this ecosystem as a teacher where you can be found and choose your hours/rates to work with. Your students can be online from anywhere around the world, or around your local community for face-to-face practice. You will gain a reputation as you provide more value and potentially charge more for your time. You are running your own business with this skill that you have to share.
The above example could be applied to any industry and skill such as Musical Instruments, Languages, Sports Training, Academics, Tutoring, Licenses, Professional Consultations, Advisories, and so on. As you skill up in the area of your interest, the earned credits will be recognized by companies who could potentially hire you for your skills for a project or longer-term secure employment. Or if you have more skills to share, you can earn multiple income streams with maximum flexibility of your time and location.
If you already have a full-time job, but would like to pick up some side skills and/or prepare to transition to another field of your dreams, you can earn a side income in parallel to your full-time job using your other hidden skills that someone would like to pay for your services.

1. Our ecosystem also allows companies to register themselves as participants to seek, conduct live interviews, and hire based on the skill credits of individuals, this leads to employment or project-based hiring to achieve a common goal. We work with a network of organizations to recognize skill credits and create a culture where a university degree is NOT the only certification you need to find employment.
2. Anyone can set up a mission or a project and seek the right individuals with the right skills from around the world to achieve those goals, which can be paid or voluntary. Solving problems together always achieves the best outcomes.
Traditional education until your early 20s may not be your only option to get prepared for the future workforce, with the constant pace of change in the industries, especially in the current Artificial Intelligence (AI) developments, you need to be more agile and be prepared to pick up new skills in the real world by leveraging wider resource pools and experiences (online, face-to-face, internship, real on job training). We believe you no longer need to graduate from schools to universities to find your dream job or be your own boss, your identity will be based on your passion, goals, and relentless hard work to achieve it regardless of age.
This is a win-win ecosystem, people with skills can be paid for sharing and helping others, and people who are eager to learn new skills can find help from a wide range of resources, anytime and anywhere globally. Access to knowledge and skills training is no longer a barrier, thanks to state-of-the-art technologies. For individuals in underdeveloped societies when spending money on education is unaffordable or unattainable, joining this ecosystem will be the cheapest option to take on the world and eventually earn to provide for their families.
