- We want to remove the “status quo” of needing traditional education before looking for employment opportunities or starting your own business.
- Our current education system takes up to 15-20 years til university graduation before we are qualified to be an employee of an organization. This is too rigid and does not provide enough real-world experiences to prepare us for the evolving workforce.
- Unprivileged communities do not have access to proper education/training opportunities and are financially out of reach.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) is here to disrupt the workforce and transition into another profession is very challenging.
Our Solution Proposal
- Gather a network of qualified teachers, instructors, and people with skills to support demands from learners around the world.
- Provide on-demand knowledge or skill training based on individual goals (online, face-to-face, etc) anytime and anywhere.
- We create and build trust bilaterally by issuing credits (tokens) for real experiences earned.
- Connect individuals with organizations in need of those skills (backed by credits/tokens).

- Learners of any age group can learn anything, anywhere (virtually at homes, hotels, or face-to-face local centers around the world), and prove their skills to make a living.
- Teachers, instructors, and skilled workers can earn a side or full income flexibly from anywhere to support global learners’ goals.
- Transitioning into new jobs and professions with needed skills will be much easier.
- Underprivileged societies can learn and skill up from the best around the world without breaking the bank.
An Example
If you are interested in becoming a Yoga teacher (as a learner) but are not very good at yoga and want somewhere to start, join this ecosystem, you will be able to find yoga experts online or in your local community to practice your skill. As you level up your skills, you will be credited with hours spent and recognition credits by those experts who have taught you the skills. How fast or slow you become who you want to purely depend on your discipline to practice and put in the work, but you have a vast network of Yoga experts at your fingertips to choose from.
If you are a veteran in Yoga and qualified to teach to earn an income (as a teacher/instructor), but you don’t want to cut your rates at local established yoga centers or find it difficult to connect with potential learners as a freelancer, join this ecosystem as a teacher where you can be found and choose your hours/rates to work with. Your students can be online from anywhere around the world, or around your local community for face-to-face practice. You will gain a reputation as you provide more value to the learners. You are running your own business with this skill that you have to share.
The above example could be applied to any industries and skills such as Musical Instruments, Languages, Sports Training, Academics, Tutoring, Licenses, Professional Consultations, Advisories, and so on. As you skill up in the area of your interests, the earned credits will be recognized by companies who could potentially hire your skills for a project or longer-term secure employment. Or if you have more skills to share, you can earn multiple income streams with maximum flexibility of your chosen time and location.
